# Флюсы для пайки

В процессе пайки флюсы обеспечивают:

* растворение оксидов и сульфидов;
* защиту паяемых поверхностей от повторного окисления;
* снижение поверхностного натяжения припоя.

По своей форме флюсы делятся на жидкие (liquid), твердые (solid) и пастообразные (paste).

Общие требования, классификация и методы испытаний жидких флюсов приведены в стандарте IPC J-STD-004 «Requirements for Soldering Fluxes / Требования к флюсам для пайки».
